Pre-dinner snacks just melted in our mouths. Nori cracker topped w cured ocean trout & yuzu avocado; light waffle made with Jap sweet potatoes, & topped with plump roe on black truffle crème fraîche

Warm bread with shio kombu spread was heavenly. Didn’t want to stop!

A Vieux Carré is a New Orleans concoction of rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine & bitters. Straight off from their flight, the nose is already different. Enjoy in no particular order ????

“シンプル”に美味しい食事を求めたかったのですが、演出、遊び心が多すぎて少し期待外れでした。オープンキッチンにもかかわらず料理に真剣と言うよりも、キッチン内での遊びが目立ったのが残念です。お口直しには、名前入りの処方箋みたいに演出されたラムネ....ん〜。個人的には多分次はないかなと。

This is a place you cannot miss if you are looking for fine food and great service. Order their lunch set (risotto!) or simply check with the service team for recommendations.

One of the best tasting menus I've had, very interesting dishes and well thought out drinks pairings.Sit at the kitchen bar if you can.

Wine list is too short and wines by glass are random. Otherwise cozy and nice.

Great food in a relaxed atmosphere unlike many other tasting menu venues. Well done also on the service side and the pricing.

Playful and delicious. Risotto and dried shrimp go surprisingly good.

It's expensive but worth it if you're wanting a blowout. Bring some friends and try the ten course tasting menu with matching drinks for a fun evening.
