Regency House provides modern air-conditioned suites with free Wi-Fi, a 10 minute walk from both Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset MRT train stations. Just across Orchard Central shopping mall, it has a rooftop outdoor pool with a hot tub.

Spacious and luxurious, all suites featuring a living room with a sofa and cable TV. A full kitchen and dining table are furnished. Private and common bathrooms have either a shower or a bathtub.

Regency House is a 10 minute walk from Plaza Singapura, 313 Somerset and local restaurants at Killiney Road. It is a 5 minute drive from Clarke Quay and Chinatown. Changi International Airport is a 20 minute drive away.

A free parking space is provided with each suite booked. Guests can exercise at the fitness room or make use of the barbecue pits on the rooftop recreation area. Laundry services, a business center and 24-hour guest services are provided.

On weekdays, excluding local public holidays, a Continental breakfast is available at the Breakfast Lounge.
