For plant-based diners, consider: braised mock abalone, stir-fried ginko nuts w/ asparagus & elm fungus, steamed rice roll w/ mushroom, vegetarian mushroom spring roll. Source: eat•roam•live

Personally thought food was average at best - you’re definitely paying for the service and ambience, which is pretty fantastic.

The "mushroom" buns and chicken with morels (when in season). Best seats in the house: the curtained booths.

A bit heavy on the seasoning for some of the dishes. I'd rather head to sister restaurant Hua Ting for dim sum

Good choice for sg restaurant week 2015. Their bbq pork, beef tongue and ginger caramel milk custard really stood out.

Always a pleasant experience. Dim sum is good, and the coffee pork chop is delicious.

Very expensive given the dim sums here are average only. Top notch service in grand surroundings.

The $98++ weekend a la carte dim sum brunch buffet has a wide menu with only 10+ dim sum items. So its good for those looking for more of a big lunch than just dim sum.
