On May 31, the prominent post-rock band This Will Destroy You will perform at Home Club’s stage. Singapore instrumental band I am David Sparkle will open Americans’ concert.

This Will Destroy You was formed in Texas, in 2005. They started as a school band and recorded several tracks with vocal, however, they considered the results as horrible and decided to become exclusively instrumental band.

Their debut album ‘This Will Destroy You’ was released in 2008, and the next one ‘Tunnel Blanket’ appeared in 2011. Musicians call the style of the latter one doomgaze – a mixture of doom and shoegazer metal.
