Kashmir Restaurant, situated in the ethnic quarter Little India, not far from the namesake subway station, is popular thanks to its authentic cuisine and unusual atmosphere.
Facility’s chef assures that it is the only restaurant in Singapore, where traditional Kashmir dishes are served. The specialties are chopped veal with spinach and Kashmiri pilaf. The highlight among the drinks is a real Indian raita (a fermented milk drink with chopped vegetables). In addition, there is a vegetarian menu.
Rooms’ interior is adorned with artifacts brought from the northern regions of India.
