CUT was awarded a Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Singapore 2016.

USDA filet mignon was succulent and tender - served up with delicious sides of white corn, creamed spinach and crispy sweet onion rings. Chocolate soufflé was too decadent after such a heavy meal.

Visited during my honeymoon, everything was perfect and staff was kind to offer us a complimentary dessert!

By far, the best beef I had in town. Had the Wagyu sirloin and prime rib eye. Great portion and juicy!

It wasn't cheap but the Japanese Wagyu filet mignon was amazing. Don't get it any more well done than medium though.

This place is cool. Craft cocktails are amaze, and the food and scene are hip. Kind of pricey- but you get what you pay for. Plus the crowd is hip, but laid back.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Singapore.Food was decent,service is exceptional and the ambience is pleasant and comforting.The Iberico Pork Chop is the highlight of their menu.

Tuna tartare never fails to hit the spot - creamed spinach is divine & their Maine lobster + Australian wagyu are incredible. 1 of my favourite restaurants. Amazing service. Don't forget the bar.

I would recommend the bone marrow to start- extremely rich. Followed with a good rib eye or fillet mignon and a glass of good red wine!

Kobe was good but American wagyu was better. Maine lobster was also good. The Valrhona choc soufflé was heavenly. Baked Alaska was thus out shadowed. Service was very good too. Hope to be back soon!

what an amazing meat experience! I had the USDA rib eye, medium rare and it was like meat-butter! My partner had a USDA sirloin, with less marbling would have been better as medium rare too.

Friday night and we didn't have to book in advance! The food was great and service was brilliant! Pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for and I guess it's standard for a good steak!

Over the top service! Pricey but worth it! I enjoyed goats cheese pizza, my entrée of Scallop Carpaccio in a Ponsu Sauce. Perfect with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc! :)

Warm asparagus, poached egg with warm bacon vinaigrette. Bone in new york sirloin. Wasabi-yuzu kosho butter. Sweet potato gratin. Chocolate souffle.

Their pretzels when fresh out of the oven has a perfect flaky skin that's just AMAZING. I'd come back just for the bread!!

While it’s easy to skip straight to the cuts, don’t overlook the luscious pan-roasted Maine lobster with black truffle sabayon – perhaps the most unassuming dish on the menu.

Music is weird... Listening to Journey, Led Zeppelin and U2 at a steak house is kinda weird... Service not to bad.

Food was great but I think service needs more consistency. Some were better than others.

To create a more youthful "steakhouse" it's LOUD here. Rock music + open space + chat -= Loud. Also dark. If you don't like loud, dark restaurants, don't eat here. Food great. Service - lots of energy
