On January 15th, the well-known French rock band Phoenix will perform on the stage of The Star Theatre.

Formed in 1999, the band was a common garage group at first. Later, they signed a contract with a famous French sound-recording company and released several singles, one of which became a soundtrack to the film “Lost In Translation.” In 2009, the album Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix was released. It made the band world-famous and won the Grammy Award.

Phoenix will perform well-known hits, including Lisztomania and 1901, as well as compositions from their new record Bankrupt!, released in April.
