There are multiple toilets but are small in size. It is unable to handle more than 5 persons. This is the down side of the mall design.

May '14 - shopping area closed for renovations though I'm unsure when it'll be over. Food at basement and area connecting to Marina Square is still opened.

Great eateries with views of the fountain, a bit pricey though.
