El bar Auld Alliance se encuentra situado en el centro de la ciudad, a dos pasos de la estación de metro City Hall y es famoso por ser la sede de la pared hecha de 1000 botellas de whiskey.

Además de una variada selección de las bebidas alcohólicas, el bar cuenta con una amplia gama de los vinos espumosos de mejores marcas internacionales. Asimismo, Auld Alliance ofrece 40 referencias de absenta, que se sirve según las tradiciones decimonónicas.

En el bar no sirven la comida, pero es posible encargarla en los recintos vecinos.

Amazing whiskey selection with very rare ones by the glass. I tried the Highlands flight of single malts as I'm not a regular whiskey drinker, friendly service very knowledgeable. Quiet place.

Great selection of whisky and very interesting tasting flights. I didn't find the ambiance on par and I prefer the Single Cask at Chijmes overall.
