Ресторан Man Fu Yuan находится на втором этаже гостиницы Intercontinental Hotel, расположенной в самом центре Сингапура. Заведение считается одним из лучших в городе, где сервируют блюда кантонской кухни.

Основная изюминка меню, привнесенная шеф-поваром ресторана, это акцент на китайский чай, который падают к мясным блюдам или используют в их приготовлении. Среди фирменных позиций – жареная рыба групер с белым чаем «Бай Мудань», гребешки, обжаренные в масле с длинными чайными листьями лунцзин, а также свиные ребрышки с чаем пуэр. К тому же, в ресторане предлагают большой выбор димсамов.

Уютный зал Man Fu Yuan украшен классическими люстрами и ручными росписями.

While popular for dimsum, the steamboat is its best-kept secret, according to food critic Wong Ah Yoke. While not cheap, it uses premium ingredients & is the best he has eaten. Source: Sunday Times

Besides standard orders of siew mai (minced pork dumpling), har gow (prawn dumpling) & char siew bao (BBQ pork bun), we enjoyed fried banana fritters with prawn, & beancurd skin roll with shrimps

Dim sum here is also noticeably less salty than many other Dimsum offered elsewhere, which is a plus!

Good service & ambience. Dimsum buffet @$59++ includes delectable items like a one time order of braised abalone. Charsiew bun, Har Gow and salted egg bun are hits but give the egg tarts a miss.

Choo Yao Chuen

Another 5-star Canton cuisine restaurant in town IMO. Food here is excellent and what I like about this place is the ambiance i.e. bright and simple, giving diners a cozy feel.
