If you are looking for the “oishii” sushi restaurant in Singapore, I recommend Shinji @Carlton.We had $450 course,bottle sake and few other sake,2pax approximately $1200:( good,but expensive!!

Great service, very fresh and authentic Japanese restaurant. Is quite expensive.

What's not? Personal chef, created 1 masterpiece after the other by hand. Smile couldn't be wiped off for an hour...

One of the best omakase. Crazy expensive tho. All the sashimi served are super fresh, and of the best cuts. Considered yourself lucky is you are being served by the master chef Oshino.

Great omakase however I was very underwhelmed after all the hype I've heard about the place.

Outstanding edo sushi. Best bang for buck at lunch? The Hana set (9 pieces) and an à la carte uni don. 159 SGD (w/ GST and service) for a meal straight out of heaven.

Best sushi in town! Have been to several michelin sushi places in Tokyo and HK, Shinji is among the top. Very nice ambiance and friendly chef(s). Even fot the cheaps lunch set $75++ include otoro!

The lunch sushi set is absolutely delicious and reasonable prices for what you get. Dine in fine Japanese style.

You either love it or can't eat it. Not common European sushi.

Excellent sushi and seafood. Every dish was sublime. Dinner: 3 price option for omakase but mid one was more than enough. Warm service too even to non Japanese. Pricey, but worth every cent.
