The restaurant Shinji by Kanesaka is located on the premises of the legendary Carlton Hotel, that stands near the subway station City Hall. It features ascetic interior, authentic cuisine and pleasant atmosphere, and respects century-long cookery traditions of Japan.
The facility, which owns two Michelin stars, offers very rich choice of traditional Japanese dishes. Cooks from Japan use only natural and fresh products when making, sushi, sashimi and other dishes on the large counter made of hinoki wood, in visitors’ presence.
Shinji by Kanesaka’s rooms are decorated in minimalistic tradition.
