Love the broth & the meat was so tender. If you chose HOT-it is really hot, so you might consider. Go for the matcha tiramisu. That was really nice too. Only this depressing mall setting is a bummer.

The Karaka-men was my favorite. The gyozas were very nice too.

Spicy ramen 2013!! Excellent choice. Each portion of additional toppings added other than the egg is enough to be shared amongst two ppl.

Medium noodle tasted just right. The original soup was also not very salty. So all in all, the ramen tasted really good. Additional noodle can be added if you have remaining soup too!

Go early, as this is a popular place. Lines start even before 7pm for dinner.

Shrimp buns are the bomb. Try them! If u have a large group of abt 6 - 8 and are willing to spend upwards of $30+ per person, they offer u the VIP room if it's available.

Try the Ippudo Karakamen. It's spicy Tonkotsu Ramen served with minced pork and spicy paste. Oh remember to ask for extra garlic. It took my ramen to a whole new level of goodness, really. Try it.

Go to Ippudo for nice Ramen with Extravagant interior and Friendly waiter/ waitress. Go for the Akamaru ramen as the soup is extra tasty with garlic oil. =D
