The restaurant Carousel, situated on Royal Plaza On Scotts Hotel’s territory not far from Singapore Botanic Gardens, offers wide selection of dishes, modest atmosphere and excellent service.

Facility’s chef has developed a menu that includes Mediterranean and Oriental dishes. Gastronomic accent is made on fish and seafood, whose assortment surprises even the most demanding gourmet.

The restaurant is divided in three stylish zones: verandah, terrace and living room. Each of them has an exquisite design.

One of the best halal buffets. Good variety of food. From sashimi/sushi to teppanyaki to cheeses to mains (Chinese/Malay/Indian/western) to desserts. Choco fountain n ice creams too!

Ice cream with many local and interesting flavours. Sashimi. Fresh seafood including lobster. Halal. Look around carefully before you eat. Bigger variety than one imagines.

The good thing was that the food was always being replenished but I didn't think the selection or quality was comparable to what I've had in HK - will choose a higher end one next time
