Facility’s chef knows how to turn any meal into unforgettable holiday. He serves classic hits of French cuisine and author's dishes: black truffle soup with toasted bread and truffle butter, crispy sea bass with delicate spices, chocolate fondue with puff chicory praline. Plan on three hours and try the tasting menu. Also face the glass so you can watch the light show.

Was able to personally meet n greet Chef Guy Savoy himself, too bad wasn't able to take pictures. Set course/head should leave you full, der r just so many hiden surprises not mentioned in the menu :)

The signature truffle soup, and Colours of Caviar are to DIE FOR. Bear in mind, in order to truly appreciate the place, go for the menu prive option- 7 courses of French heaven.

Stick with the signature truffle soup and seabass for main. I had lobster for main. It was good but the guinea fowl was way too gamely.
